Keith Allen Prather,
Founder and CEO
Three years into a career with a big box store, Keith saw a great need for electronics installation. "My customers were tired of trying to figure out what to do with their new electronics once they got them home." In 1997, Dr. Sound was born, and has since provided a necessary service for many grateful clients.

Cassidy Calman Prather
Co-Founder, CAO, Director of Marketing
While pursuing her bachelors degree and planning their wedding, Keith and Cassidy took a leap of faith and created Dr. Sound. "Going to school full time and building a business is no easy feat, but in the end it was worth it." Cassidy obtained her bachelors in December of 2000. Married Keith in 2001 and took on a full time position with Dr. Sound as the Executive Administrator and Marketing Strategist.

Corey Charles Griffith
Lead Technician and Programmer
Corey left Longview and moved to Denton to further his education at The University of North Texas. He enjoyed his previous position as a custom electronics installer in East Texas and decided to continue his career in technology. Corey sought out Doctor Sound in April 2007, and has since made his way into the Lead Technician position. Through training, Corey has added programming to his list of skills, and has made many consumer's lives easier with automation.

Chris Clay Nicholson
Technician and Customer Support Specialist
Chris, like Corey, left Tyler and moved to Denton to further his education at The University of North Texas. He enjoyed his previous position as a custom electronics installer in East Texas and decided to continue his career in technology. As a friend of Corey's, Chris took his advice and applied to Doctor Sound in July 2007. Chris is an expert in educating customers on operation and is an asset in the customer support department.

Jayde Lynn Rettig
Executive Administrative Assistant
After settling back in the metroplex, Jayde began looking for a family friendly business in a fast paced industry. Her search led her to Dr. Sound. "In my experience, small businesses are more flexible and creative, offering many opportunities that larger companies just can't." Jayde has been a member of the Dr. Sound team since August 2008, and looks forward to growing with the company.
